Here’s how to make your own all-natural acne mixture with equal parts honey and turmeric.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • 1 TBSP Turmeric

Directions

  1. Mix honey and turmeric in a small bowl into a paste.
  2. Apply the mixture with a cotton-swab directly to your face. 
  3. Leave to dry for 1 hour.

  4. Allow the coconut oil to penetrate for 1-3 hours.

  3. Scrub in circular motions on the backs of your hands for 1-2 minutes. 
  4. Scrub the palms of your hands to soften calluses.

  5. Repeat every two weeks for the best results.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly-grated Ginger
  • 1 Cup Hot Water

Directions

  1. In a heat-safe cup, pour hot water over grated ginger. (If you have a loose tea strainer, that works well.)
  2. Cover and let steep for 1 minute.
  3. Strain and enjoy!
